Residential Window Cleaning
Meet & Greet
We arrive, confirm the job, and walk through anything that needs clarified.
Inside First
we gently move items away from windows, and start the interior cleaning.
We move everything away from the downstairs windows as necessary, then move outside to begin exterior cleaning.
We usually meet somewhere in the middle as we wrap up.

Schedule & Consistency
Residential customers typically schedule:

2–3 times a year (most common)
-
4 times a year (high-end homes and lake homes)

Every other month (rare, but we do it)
We send reminders throughout the year for windows, gutters, soft washing, and pressure washing – usually 4–5 times annually.
Residential Pressure Washing & Soft Washing
We clean:

Homes (vinyl, brick, log, siding)

Decks and woodwork

Driveways, patios, walkways

Fences
Your presence is not required – we just arrange payment beforehand if necessary.
We only require payment arrangements beforehand.
(Some customers pay in advance; others pay at completion – but the payment plan must be set before we begin.)
We walk you through the exact order of operations before starting: house wash → roof wash → deck → concrete → windows (if included).
Commercial Window Cleaning (Route Work)
Kathy typically handles interiors; I handle exteriors – but we both work inside and outside as needed.
Reliable Scheduling

Weekly jobs: done the same day and time each week

Bi-weekly jobs: same day unless weather delays
-
Monthly jobs: 2–3 day window (may be Monday or Thursday depending on route flow)

Quarterly, bi-yearly, and annual jobs: scheduled well in advance
If major delays occur (weather, holidays, emergencies), we notify customers immediately.
No Disruption to Your Business
We work quietly, cleanly, and with full respect for offices, warehouses, hotels, nursing homes, and retail spaces.
We take pictures when needed, log each completed job, and notify you when finished to collect or invoice.
Commercial Pressure Washing
All exterior.
No customer presence required.
We send before-and-after pictures and notify you when complete.
If lifts or special equipment are required (JLG, boom lift, etc.), the customer provides a deposit ahead of time and we handle the equipment rental.
High-Tech Window Cleaning (Residential & Commercial)
We use:

Pure-water systems (reverse osmosis and deionization)

Soft-wash exterior window cleaning

High-reach extension poles
This reduces the need for high ladders and leaves a spotless, streak-free finish.
We service low-rise to mid-rise buildings:

Can reach 5–6 stories with the right equipment

Lifts available upon customer approval and deposit

Payment Timing
All payment must be arranged before or at the time of service.
We do not perform services on the expectation of meeting later for payment.

We notify you immediately if weather or scheduling adjustments occur. Every commercial job receives a completion message and, when appropriate, before-and-after photos.
Deposits for Equipment Rentals
If your service requires special equipment such as a JLG lift or boom lift, a deposit is required before scheduling. This ensures equipment availability and proper planning.
